GREAT Agent, highly recommended! Chrissy took the time to get to know my interests and she showed me a great neighborhood that checked all the boxes. Excellent and highly recommend. I have worked with Chrissy on multiple home purchases and highly recommend her. She does an amazing job negotiating transactions and often stages homes to attract more buyers for her sellers. She is extremely professional and goes above and beyond when getting bids from contractors on repair items from the inspection reports. Chrissy made us feel like her top priority! She made everything smooth and joyful. One of the things that stood out about working with Chrissy was how quickly she adapted to our feedback. A lot about home buying is getting the feel of a place. We were searching remotely and didn't have the luxury of visiting every house. She listened to us and asked questions to help her get to the heart of what we were dreaming of. Then she'd make arrangements to show us houses over Zoom, and we'd go on virtual walks around houses and neighborhoods. And I'll tell you something else: Chrissy is the best ambassador for the NoCo area! She deeply knows and loves the area. We're so excited about our new home and our new community!
